OneCart AI is a shopping search and comparison service. It brings available products, prices and deals from participating stores together in one place.

Instead of searching the same product on website after website, you can search once and compare your options in one convenient place.

How does OneCart AI save me time?

One search shows several matching products, and each product page gathers the available offers for that same item, so there is less back-and-forth between sites.

How does search work?

Type what you want in the search bar. You can search by keyword, or describe what you need in your own words and let AI search interpret it.

What is the difference between regular search and AI search?

Regular search matches keywords such as a brand or product name. AI search understands a full request, like "a 75-inch TV under $1,000", and turns it into filters for you.

How are prices and offers compared?

Offers for the same product are grouped together, so you can compare item price, estimated total with shipping, delivery time, availability and seller rating side by side.

How do I choose the best offer?

Pick whatever matters most to you — lowest price, lowest total cost or fastest delivery. Helpful labels highlight standout offers, and you always make the final choice.

Does OneCart AI process my payment?

No. Checkout and payment happen with the retailer you choose. The retailer is the seller.

Can prices or availability change?

Yes. Prices, shipping costs and stock can change at the retailer at any time, so confirm the final price at checkout.

How do returns and refunds work?

Returns, refunds and warranty are handled by the retailer you purchased from, under their own policies. Contact them directly for order issues.
