These terms govern your use of the OneCart AI website and services.

How OneCart AI Helps You Shop

OneCart AI is designed to make online shopping simpler. We help you discover products, compare available prices and offers, and choose the option that works best for you. We do not sell, stock, ship, fulfil, invoice or service any product listed on the site, and we are not a party to any purchase you make.

Pre-launch Status

OneCart AI is currently in pre-launch. The products, stores, prices, seller ratings, delivery estimates and price history currently displayed are demonstration data provided to illustrate how the comparison experience works. They are not live retailer offers. No retailer integration is active at this time.

Who You Buy From

When you choose an offer, the retailer is the seller and handles the applicable checkout, payment, taxes, shipping, returns and warranty. Any purchase is a contract between you and that third-party retailer, and is governed by the retailer's own terms and policies. Payment, order confirmation, shipping, taxes and duties, cancellations, returns, refunds, warranty and customer service are the retailer's responsibility. Contact the retailer directly for order issues.

Prices and Availability

Prices, availability, shipping costs, delivery estimates and product details come from source data and can change at the retailer at any time. Information may be incomplete, delayed or out of date. Always confirm the final price and terms at retailer checkout. We provide the service "as is" and without warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

Affiliate and Referral Relationships

Some retailer links are affiliate or referral links, and we may earn a commission on a qualifying purchase at no additional cost to you. Commission never influences ranking, comparison order or recommendations.

No Implied Retailer Endorsement

Retailer, brand and product names used on the site remain the property of their owners and are used for identification only. Their appearance does not imply that OneCart AI is affiliated with, partnered with, sponsored by, endorsed by or approved by any retailer or brand unless we state that relationship explicitly.

Using OneCart AI Fairly

Do not scrape, bulk-copy or resell our content, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, misuse referral links, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend access for misuse.

Intellectual Property

The OneCart AI name, site design, ranking methodology and original content are ours. Source product data belongs to its respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneCart AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from a transaction with a third-party retailer, from reliance on displayed prices or availability, or from a third-party website.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and will revise the effective date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your place of residence.
